K1 Speed Tukwila Now Open!

We’ve got exciting news for our racers in the Pacific Northwest! Our new location in Tukwila, Washington is now open!

This is our second location in the state, and lies just 13 miles south of Seattle, right near Seattle-Tacoma (Sea-Tac) Airport.

Read on to learn more about this beautiful new center that’ll provide plenty of thrilling indoor entertainment in the cold and wet months ahead!

With the arrival of K1 Speed Tukwila comes the arrival of our Superleggero Adult Kart! The Superleggero is the latest generation of our Adult electric go-kart, and features many improvements over our prior generation, including an on-dash digital display, a more modern formula-style steering wheel, and more! Drivers who are 4’10” and taller can enjoy driving this exciting Italian kart that can approach speeds of up to 45 miles per hour.

But if you know K1 Speed, you know we don’t just cater to teens and adults. We have karts for kids, too! Our Tukwila center has brand-new Junior Karts ready to be raced by children who are 4′ (48″) and taller. These karts may be smaller than our Superleggeros, but they’re still capable of reaching up to 20 miles per hour!

And here’s the best part: all of our karts at K1 Speed Tukwila run on lithium batteries, which means they’ll run at premium performance lap after lap after lap without losing power. You’ve got to try them out!

Every K1 Speed is one-of-a-kind and never duplicated. So no matter how many locations you’ve been to, you’re in for a new racing experience at our Tukwila location.

Like all K1 Speed tracks, this circuit has been professionally designed to challenge both first-time drivers and experienced racers alike. The action doesn’t stop when the checkered flag flies! That’s because K1 Speed Tukwila has a great arcade that features all types of games. We’ve got video games, prize machines, games of skill, pool tables, air hockey, and more! So whether you’ve finished racing for the day, are waiting for races, or are taking a breather in between races, our arcade will keep you entertained! Plus, it’s perfect for any guests who either can’t race or have no desire to meet their inner racing driver.

If you’ve never raced at K1 Speed before, you’ll be surprised at how physical it is. So when your batteries are running low, make a pit stop at our Paddock Lounge café to recharge.

Our Paddock Lounge currently serves a selection of snacks and beverages to help you replenish after racing. And soon, our Paddock Lounge menu will expand to include delicious food items like sliders, nachos, pizzas, wings, and more. And if you’re adult who craves a great beer or glass of wine after your victory on track, get ready. We’ll be adding that to the menu in the near future, too.
