K1 Speed Daytona Beach Now Open!

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that K1 Speed Daytona Beach is now open for racing!! Learn all about the latest center in this blog post, including info about the karts, track, off-track entertainment, and the location itself!

One of the most exciting facts about K1 Speed Daytona Beach is the location itself. We kid you not: we are RIGHT NEXT TO Daytona International Speedway – the home of NASCAR, the Daytona 500, the Rolex 24, and other massive events! Specifically, we’re one of the places within Volusia Square shopping center which is just outside of Turn 1 and Gate 40 at the iconic speedway.

Its close proximity to the iconic race track makes it a prime choice for anyone out there seeking high-speed excitement of their own when visiting during a race weekend. 

Like all K1 Speed centers, K1 Speed Daytona Beach features a unique one-of-a-kind track that can’t be found at any other K1 Speed location.

This particular track is big and tall. In fact it’s two-stories tall to give you a thrilling race experience complete with elevation changes! We know that whether you’re a first-timer at go karts or a national pro, you’re going to love racing on this track.

This location features two different kind of all-electric state-of-the-art go karts, imported directly from Italy! Our very latest go kart, the Superleggero, is available for anybody who is 4’10” or taller and can approach speeds of up to 45 miles per hour!

But K1 Speed Daytona Beach isn’t just for teens and adults. We also have junior karts that allow any child who is at least 48″ (4′) tall to experience the thrills of racing for themselves!

The fun continues away from the track in our arcade! We’ve got a good selection of video games, prize machines and more to keep the action going long after the checkered flag has flown!

While the Paddock Lounge café currently sells drinks and snacks, we’ll soon upgrade it to include more meal-appropriate food offerings and drinks for all ages!
