Unlike other go kart racing venues, K1 Speed is the eco-friendly choice for indoor entertainment; riders test their speed under energy efficient lighting with European electric pro karts. We chose to use electric karts at K1 Speed because gas-powered karts not only emit gas fumes into the air and seep liquids onto the racetrack, but are also slower than our state-of-the-art versions. Our high-torque, zero-emission electric karts have superb performance and are capable of speeds approaching 40mph on our indoor race tracks. Arrive and Drive Indoor Go Kart Racing

Our indoor go kart racing locations in Southern California and Washington are open to the general public 7 days a week when not reserved for a private event. Whether you want to race against the clock or race against a friend, our Arrive and Drive allows individuals to come in and shoot for the best fast lap against friends, family and other racers. With each race, you'll receive a Race Result Sheet based on our K1RS system that allows you to compare your times and rank against other drivers, and you can even check your results online to see how you fare against the best of the week or month. Each Arrive and Drive session lasts for about ten minutes and may include one to 12 drivers, depending on the location and track size. First time drivers will receive a mandatory briefing session on rules and safety.
